Are you a calm, organized communicator who enjoys helping people and keeping things running smoothly? We’re a locally owned residential HVAC company serving the Kansas City area since 1971, and we’re looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. This is more than just answering phones. You’ll be the first impression for our customers and play an important role in keeping our service schedule organized and our technicians moving efficiently. You’ll work closely with our office team and field technicians to ensure customers receive fast, professional service.
