On site at an Axon Customer Agency location in the Greater Washington DC Area 5 days a week. Applicants based or able to relocate to Washington DC or Lyons, NJ may be preferred. Travel of 75% or more may be required. Strategic Customer Partnership Serve as the primary technical advisor for assigned public safety agencies. Build trusted relationships with technical, operational, and executive stakeholders. Conduct regular business and technology reviews focused on operational success. Develop long-term customer success and technology adoption strategies. Represent customer priorities across Axon. Technical Leadership Independently troubleshoot complex software, hardware, networking, cloud, and integration issues.…
