Job Description: Job Title: Production Support Associate Location: Arlington, VA Overview DB USA Core Corporation seeks a Production Support Associate in Arlington, VA to provide L2 support for Security Operations Centers applications. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, or a related field or equivalent and two (2) years of experience performing troubleshooting and debugging across Linux, Solaris, and AIX environments; analyzing system logs through Splunk dashboards to identify incidents, monitoring process states using ITRS Geneos, and leveraging alerting dashboards and inter-service dependency insights to execute runbook-driven mitigations and ensure platform stability; executing end-to-end application production operations incident and application service delivery…
