Floats fill in at different programs around Lake and Porter County. The schedule is varied (days/evenings/weekends). Provide hands-on assistance, encouragement, mentoring, and guidance. Coordinate services for the individuals served, including finance, medical, recreation, program services, family contact/involvement, education, and household management. Ensure the comfort, safety, and personal growth of the individuals we serve. Assist with daily living tasks such as moving around, getting in and out of bed, dressing, bathing, personal hygiene, and more. Perform housekeeping and laundry duties, including cleaning, organizing, maintaining a safe and tidy living environment, and washing, drying, folding, and putting away clothes and linens.…
