Inventory & Stock Operations Shipment Management: Receive, unbox, and meticulously verify incoming product shipments against packing slips to ensure absolute accuracy. Inventory Control: Lead inventory tracking, cycle counts, and seasonal stock audits to minimize shrink and ensure high data integrity. Stockroom Optimization: Maintain a highly organized, clean, and efficient stockroom layout that enables floor staff to locate sizes and styles instantly. Defect & RTV Processing: Manage the Return-to-Vendor (RTV) process and log any damaged or defective items per corporate guidelines. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the Equinox Club Operations and general management teams to ensure retail initiatives align with overall club events and member traffic.…
