HVAC Support Representative

About this job

Reporting to the Director of Global Services of LiquidStack, this role will provide front line support for customers, Field Service Technicians, and Service Partners. The primary role is to provide technical support for post-sales customer queries and provide the appropriate level of support based on contractual obligations. This will include providing warranty support and service coverage for customer entitlements. Working in LiquidStack’s production facility, this individual will have access to the production line, training center, and engineers to support these efforts. This individual will learn about a variety of new technologies, which will shape the data center industry for decades to come.…
