As a Logistics Specialist you will provide dedicated logistics support across our CDMO network and float across existing external manufacturing (EM) teams as a flexible resource for general coordination and documentation tasks (such as formatting scorecards and slide decks, capturing meeting minutes, and tracking action items and deliverables) in addition to coordinating meeting scheduling, travel, and documentation flow. This role is designed to free up EM team bandwidth currently spent on coordination, formatting, and administrative execution, allowing teams to focus on strategic CDMO oversight, technical risk management, and program delivery.…
