We are seeking compassionate Mental Health Specialists to work with individuals who have intellectual or developmental disabilities and/or mental health diagnosis. The people we support may have behavioral, or medical complexities and reside in an apartment-style setting. **This is not a residential group home role What You Get to Do: Provide hands-on and/or verbal assistance, encouragement, mentoring, and guidance. Ensure the comfort, safety, and personal growth of the individuals we serve. Assist individuals with daily activities like personal care, meal preparation, transportation, housekeeping, and laundry, all while fostering independence. Maintain a clean, safe space that ensures comfort and support while helping individuals reach their personal goals.…
