About the Role As an IT Support Technician III within Corporate Engineering, you’ll play a key role in delivering reliable, high-quality technology experiences across Roblox. You’ll independently own complex technical issues and operational needs, while looking beyond the immediate problem to understand why issues occur, how they affect the broader environment, and how we can improve the experience going forward. In this role, responsiveness, preparation, discretion, and attention to detail are critical.
