This is a high-impact strategic role that serves as the voice of MongoDB's most important customers at the executive level. The Customer Advocate, Core Products will act as a trusted advisor to the Chief Product Officer, driving cross-functional alignment to ensure that customer feedback, escalations, and long-term success are deeply embedded in MongoDB's core product strategy. This role is critical to bridging the gap between our customers' most pressing challenges and the product roadmap. You will partner with product leadership, engineering, sales, and customer success to identify patterns in customer experience, surface strategic opportunities, and ensure MongoDB's core products continuously evolve to meet the needs of our highest-value customers and partners.…
