The Golf Assistant Superintendent is responsible for developing an environment that creates excitement for guests and employees while promoting and retaining a highly skilled work force. The Golf Assistant Superintendent: Is responsible for managing and directing the maintenance of the golf course tees, greens, fairways, cart paths and adjacent facilities Supervises the maintenance and repair of motorized and other mechanical equipment related to maintaining the golf course, including motorized and other mechanical equipment. Assists in personnel management for the Golf maintenance staff. Is responsible for actively building and retaining customer relations and acts as a mentor to employees in order to provide superior customer service.…
