How This Hybrid Role Works The position is intended to be split approximately equally between Veterinary Assistant and Client Service Representative duties each week. Shifts will generally be scheduled in one department or the other, so you can focus on that role during your assigned shift. The balance may change to meet hospital needs, including coverage for illness, vacation, staffing shortages or changes in patient volume. Flexibility and proficiency in both roles are essential. Client Service Responsibilities Welcome clients and patients; answer calls, messages and questions with professionalism and empathy. Schedule appointments, check patients in and out, process payments and maintain accurate records.…
