Help safeguard JPMorganChase by leading the response to the firm’s most complex and escalated third‑party legal demands. As a Vice President, Assistant General Counsel on the Subpoena Escalation Team, you will partner with internal stakeholders and outside counsel to navigate high‑stakes civil, regulatory, and criminal matters across all lines of business and bank products. You’ll drive compliant, timely, and defensible responses to subpoenas, court orders, CIDs, search warrants, and other sensitive legal process while serving as a trusted liaison with government agencies and external parties.
