About the Role iCapital is looking to hire a Client Delivery AVP to join the Annuities Platform team. This role provides operational, portfolio, and people leadership across the Carrier/Distributor client portfolio. The role is accountable for successful and on-time delivery of SaaS implementations, enhancements, and ongoing client initiatives, including project governance, portfolio financial performance, resource management, client escalations, and transition to ongoing support. The role leads Project Coordinators, Business Analysts, Configuration Analysts, and other delivery resources, and serves as a key connection point among Client Success, Solutions Engineering, Product, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Sales, and Support.…
