Optiver is looking for an Executive Assistant to join our Travel, Events, and Leadership Office (TELO) team. At its core, this is an Executive Assistant role —supporting senior leaders operating at the highest levels of the firm and creating the conditions that allow them to stay focused on what only they can do. Reporting to the Head of Travel, Events, and Leadership Office, you’ll provide high-touch, proactive support to executives managing global portfolios, driving critical decisions, and representing Optiver across markets and geographies. You’ll anticipate needs, navigate complex priorities, exercise sound judgment, and bring structure and momentum to fast-moving days. Just as importantly, you’ll be a culture carrier for our Austin office.…
