Pre-Closing Auditor / Reviewer Loan Operations Department • Full-Time About the Role An established mortgage company is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Pre-Closing Auditor/Reviewer to join our Loan Operations team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of loan files prior to funding. You will work closely with loan officers, processors, underwriters, and title companies to review documentation, identify discrepancies, and ensure all conditions and investor requirements are met before closing. This is a fast-paced, collaborative environment where accuracy and communication are essential to daily success. Experience in real estate, mortgage or title insurance would be helpful, but not required.…
