The Controller is responsible for acting as a co-pilot for business unit manager(s) by ensuring transparency on business performance, creating plans to meet strategy (including M&A support), identifying plan deviations and business risks, pro-actively generating counter measures, and tracking and measuring implementation of initiatives.
