About the Role The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for processing daily financial transactions. This position is also responsible for verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data. What You'll Do Process vendor invoices, utility bills, and third-party payments. Review open purchase orders, resolve pricing differences, and reconcile accounts. Post business transactions daily. Research, resolve, and communicate discrepancies for outstanding vendor balances. Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances. Generate vendor payment on weekly schedule and confirm payments with backup for review.…
