IN SHORT As an Business Development Manager (100%) in Zurich, you become the trusted host for a portfolio of clients: the person who makes sure their FELFEL experience keeps getting better, from their very first weeks with us all the way to renewal. You'll build real relationships, spot what each client needs before they ask, and turn happy customers into long-term partners. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Own and manage a large portfolio of clients from post trial engagement to renewal. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key contacts to manage expectations and overall satisfaction and retention.
