In short: The Specialist - Accessories Developer will report to the Lead - Accessories Development on the Accessories team supporting the Global Product function. As a Specialist - Accessories Developer, you drive the product creation and technical development for On’s accessories and soft goods (including bags and backpacks) from concept through commercialization. You collaborate closely with Design, Product Management, and global supply partners to translate creative vision into effortless, highly functional, and commercially viable products that push the boundaries of innovation.
