Stratégie commerciale & développement Définir et déployer une stratégie commerciale innovante, en lien avec les objectifs de l’hôtel Identifier de nouveaux marchés (corporate, loisirs, groupes…) et mettre en œuvre des actions ciblées Créer des partenariats durables avec les agences de voyages, entreprises, organisateurs d’événements, etc. Collaborer étroitement avec les autres services (réception, restauration, hébergement) pour garantir l’unité de l’expérience client. Assurer la promotion complète de l’hôtel (hébergement et restauration) en collaboration avec les départements concernés. Vous êtes en relation avec les équipes de ventes luxe d’Accor pour veiller au suivi de la relation hôtel avec les agences et identifier de nouveaux axes de développement pour l’hôtel.…
