As an Sales Intern, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: Support the Sales & Marketing Department by contributing to cross-functional projects, including: Working with the Sales Managers on market research, development of the commercial offering, and prospecting activities. Supporting the Marketing Manager with digital communication initiatives and promotional events for the hotel. Support the Groups, Conferences & Events Department by: Developing and maintaining a customer database. Generating and developing sales leads and contacting potential clients to establish and develop business relationships. Conducting local competitor and event benchmarking. Creating and maintaining an events calendar to maximize business opportunities and revenue.…
