Schriftliche und telefonische Bearbeitung von Kundenanfrage per E-Mail, Brief, Chat und Social Media in Deutsch, Englisch, Französisch und Italienisch, Kundenbetreuung rund um unsere Dienstleistungen und Trading Produkte, Selbständiges Bearbeiten von Kundenbeschwerden, Koordination und Delegation der eingegangenen Anfragen mit Fachabteilungen (BackOffice, Legal & Compliance, IT, Marketing, etc.), Unterstützung der Fachabteilungen bei Abklärungen und Kundenaufträge, Technischer Support für unsere Applikationen (Mobile, Webplattform), Mithelfen der Weiterentwicklung unserer Applikationen (Mobile, Webplattform).
