About this job

The Requirements Manager is the process and tooling architect behind our complex munition development projects. In this role, you do not write individual engineering requirements. Instead, you build, maintain, and govern the requirements management framework, tracing infrastructure, and workflows that directly feed into the formal S3 qualification and certification pipeline. You will ensure that our Requirements Management (RM) toolset (Jama Connect) is custom-configured to map system requirements dynamically to the array of safety plans, risk analyses, component testing records, and formal reports required by Allied Ordnance Publications (AOP) and NATO Standardization Agreements (STANAGs).…
