Der Einsatz startet mit einer 100%-Auslastung während der Onboarding-Phase (ca. 2 Monate) und wird anschliessend auf 50% reduziert. Deine Aufgaben: Sicherstellen des stabilen Betriebs und Monitorings von Applikationen Koordination und Überwachung von Aktivitäten zur Sicherstellung von Verfügbarkeit, Wiederherstellbarkeit, Performance und Ressourcenverbrauch Analyse und Behebung von Applikationsstörungen sowie Erarbeitung von Workarounds Unterstützung und Beratung von Anwender:innen bei Fragen zur Applikationsnutzung und Prozessabwicklung Information der Applikationsbenutzer:innen über Störungen, Applikationsmeldungen und geplante Unterbrechungen Koordination zwischen…
