Your future starts here Als HR Technology Project Manager verantwortest du die End-to-end-Umsetzung von HR-Technology-Initiativen und grösseren Änderungen mit Fokus auf die Weiterentwicklung von Workday. Du übersetzt die Digitalisierungsbedürfnisse der HR-Bereiche in umsetzbare Lösungen, Projekte oder Roadmaps und koordinierst die Umsetzung mit internen IT-Stellen sowie externen Anbietern. Dabei stellst du sicher, dass Lösungen wirtschaftlich, sicher, qualitativ hochwertig und nachhaltig betreibbar sind. So trägst du zu einfachen, kundenorientierten und effizienten HR-Prozessen bei. End-to-end-Verantwortung von Bedarf bis Einführung und Übergabe in den Betrieb Verantwortung für mindestens ein Workday-Modul inklusive Analyse, Lösungsdesign, Konfiguration, Test und Optimierung Technologien…
