En tant que Responsable du pôle facturation, vous pilotez l'ensemble des activités de facturation ambulatoire du Réseau de l'Arc. Vous encadrez une équipe d'environ 10 collaborateurs répartis sur plusieurs sites dans la région Grand Chasseral / Jura bernois. A travers un management bienveillant et de proximité vous garantissez une organisation efficiente. Vous êtes la personne référente pour toutes les questions relatives aux tarifs ambulatoires et accompagnez les différents services du Réseau de l'Arc dans l'atteinte de leurs objectifs. Vos responsabilités Manager, accompagner et développer le pôle ambulatoire Organiser et harmoniser les processus de facturation entre les différents sites et participer activement à l'amélioration continue Garantir la qualité, la conformité et les délais…
