blp is hiring fast across four countries, and the product moves every month. Your job is to make sure a new seller is selling within two weeks and a two-year veteran is never behind. You build everything that makes that possible. You'd build the GTM enablement function at blp from zero, run it, and grow the team behind it once the model works. Sales Development, Sales, and Value Engineering all need to sell our product well, and right now nobody owns making that easier. There's no playbook to inherit, and no team or tooling either. You set the agenda and decide what gets built first. You'll work with Product, Product Marketing, Value Engineering, and leadership, and you'll spend most of your time with the sellers themselves.
