Production Engineering Manager __ Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to optimize the Production organization’s assembly methods, processes, and equipment to minimize labor hours, in line with business strategies focused on quality, efficiency, costs, and safety. Each day, you will ensure appropriate production methods, cycle time, and equipment performance, work instruction, and materials/components in support of production targets. You will also showcase your skills by defining the working phase sequence of a new production process to meet the targeted product cost and equipment investment budget.
