Für die Unterstützung eines Teams im Rahmen des IMW Rollouts suchen wir eine erfahrene und kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit technischem Verständnis und Erfahrung im Workplace Support. Aufgaben: 2nd Level Support für den IMW-Arbeitsplatz Bearbeitung von Support-Tickets Rollout-Support, unter anderem im Rahmen einer verlängerten IT Lounge Schnittstelle zum Engineering für KVP Schnittstelle zum ServiceDesk Lifecycle- und Rolloutmanagement inklusive Planung, Kommunikation und Beauftragung Schnittstelle zu Computa Center Aktives Stakeholder Management
