Vous rejoignez l’équipe Organisation et Qualité du Centre de formation et de développement des HUG en tant que Responsable de l’Unité Service Client et Administration. À ce titre, vous pilotez l’unité en garantissant la qualité de l’accueil, du service client et des prestations administratives. Vous supervisez l’ensemble des activités administratives et logistiques liées à l’offre de formation, coordonnez le traitement et l’orientation des demandes vers les interlocutrices et interlocuteurs concernés et veillez à la fluidité des opérations quotidiennes. Dans une démarche favorisant un climat de travail collaboratif, vous encadrez l’équipe de secrétariat et accompagnez le maintien ainsi que le développement de ses compétences.…
