As Lead Developer your main responsibilities will be to: Lead end-to-end technical development, with a primary focus on frontend technologies. Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of robust, scalable, and secure applications. Define and maintain a long-term vision and roadmap for applications within the technology stack, in alignment with domain architecture. Together with the Product Owner, align application strategy with business objectives, user needs, and evolving technology trends. Drive the adoption of modern engineering practices including use of AI, CI/CD pipelines, and test automation. Ensure all applications comply with relevant regulations, security policies, and industry standards. Champion strong cybersecurity practices throughout the application lifecycle. Ensure high availability, scalability, and resilience of critical systems. Oversee and continuously improve application performance monitoring, observability, and alerting. Participate hands-on in development to support teams in solving complex technical challenges. Promote the use of modular, maintainable, and reusable code to increase development efficiency. Elevate software quality by advocating best practices, conducting code reviews, and facilitating knowledge sharing. Act as a coach and mentor for both offshore and onshore development teams, fostering collaboration and shared ownership. Cultivate a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and technical excellence across the development community. Ensure disciplined use of tooling to achieve effective communication, documentation, and traceability across the product lifecycle. We are looking for someone with strong experience in: Node.js & TypeScript React.js och moderna frontendramverk REST- och GraphQL-API:er Spring Boot i mikrotjänstarkitekturer Databaser: MS SQL, PostgreSQL, Cosmos DB och MongoDB CI/CD och DevOps: Git/GitHub, GitHub Actions, Docker Infrastructure as Code: Pulumi och/eller Terraform Azure, Kubernetes och containerorkestrering Prestandaoptimering, cross-platform frontend och micro-frontends Monorepo-arkitektur Observability- och monitoreringsverktyg: Kibana, Grafana Contentful K9s AI-workflows och optimering Education & Experience: Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. Minimum 5 years of proven professional experience within software development and operations. 2–5 years of professional experience in software development within airline loyalty programs or similar domains. Good knowledge of the airline industry and airline technology. Prior experience in a senior development lead or mentoring role.
