WHAT YOU WILL DO As Programme Director, you will play a key role in shaping and advancing the H&M Foundation's strategic portfolio in support of our 2030 goals. This role is focused on developing new programmes and partnerships that support decarbonisation while creating systems-level change for workers and communities in textile supply chains. Rather than taking over existing programmes, you will help build the Foundation's future portfolio by translating strategy into impactful initiatives. In this role, you will: Contribute to the implementation of the H&M Foundation's strategy and long-term goals. Identify, assess and develop new project opportunities at the intersection of industrial decarbonisation, workforce transition, worker resilience and climate resilience.…
