The Role With our Engagement Suite in place, we’re continuing to strengthen the product organisation behind it. As Senior People Growth Catalyst (that’s what we call our People Partners at Mentimeter) for Product, you will help develop the leadership, team structures and people practices that support our next phase of growth. You will join the Product leadership team, bringing a people perspective to decisions about team structure, leadership, performance and the capabilities we need next. Working closely with craft leaders across our Product department, you will connect our product ambitions with practical choices about how people and teams work and grow.…
