IT Support Technician

About this job

We are looking for an IT Support Technician to join our growing IT operations team. You will be the first point of contact for technical support, ensuring our clients and internal systems run smoothly. You will work with day-to-day support, troubleshooting, and user assistance in a modern IT environment focused on system development, operations, and digital services. Main responsibilities Provide first- and second-line technical support to users Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues Handle incidents and service requests via our support system Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of systems Document solutions and contribute to knowledge base Collaborate with system administrators and developers when needed We are looking for someone who has Experience in IT support, helpdesk, or similar technical support role Good knowledge of Windows environments, Microsoft 365, and basic networking Ability to communicate clearly with non-technical users A structured and service-oriented approach Good English (Swedish is a plus) What we offer A role in a growing IT company with focus on system development and operations Opportunity to work according to the TechSverige IT/Tech collective agreement Competitive salary in line with Swedish standards About Ravion Nordic AB Ravion Nordic AB is an IT company based in Stockholm.
