The role As Total Rewards Manager, you will lead Legora's compensation architecture and equity programs — the two pillars that most directly shape how we attract and retain exceptional talent at every level of the company. Reporting into the VP of Total Rewards, you'll be the lead on compensation banding, equity administration, and the frameworks that ensure every compensation decision is principled, competitive, and fair. This is a builder's role: you'll be translating our reward strategy into systems that scale with us as we continue to grow across markets.
