People Program Manager - Market Expansion

About this job

The role Legora is expanding rapidly across markets, establishing new legal entities and building the infrastructure required to employ and support people globally. We’re looking for a People Program Manager for Market Expansion to bring structure, clarity and momentum to this work. You’ll coordinate the People workstream across multiple market launches, connecting Legal, Business Operations, People Operations, People Tech and local external partners to ensure every dependency is understood, owned and delivered. This is not a role for someone who simply maintains a project plan. You’ll turn ambiguity into an executable roadmap, anticipate risks before they become blockers and drive stakeholders towards decisions and outcomes.…
