Senior Operations Manager - ESG & Sustainability

THE ROLE As Legora scales across Europe and sells to the world's largest law firms and enterprises, sustainability moves from nice-to-have to a requirement — in regulation (CSRD), in procurement, and in the due-diligence questionnaires our clients send. This is a founding role to stand up Legora's ESG function and own it end to end. You will build Legora's ESG programme from scratch: the reporting that satisfies CSRD, the carbon accounting and offset programme, and the credibility to represent Legora directly to clients and prospects on sustainability. You report to the VP of Operations and partner with Finance, Legal, Workplace, and Revenue. This is part compliance, part programme-building, part client-facing.…
