Are you interested in combining compensation, data and analytics with global HR processes? We are looking for a Total Rewards Analyst to join our global Rewards team and help us develop fair, transparent and data-driven reward practices across the H&M Group. You will be a key contributor to the successful execution of core rewards programs, partnering to the Compensation Program Leads to deliver different types of compensation data analysis and prepare market and trend reporting. In this role, you will work at the intersection of compensation, HR data, analytics and process development. You will support global reward processes, develop analytical tools and insights, and collaborate with stakeholders across sales markets and functions.…
