The Role The Learning & Development Manager ensures that everyone at Fever is properly trained and equipped with the knowledge, information and skills required to perform effectively in their role, from a new joiner's first day to the rollout of every new processes, tools and ways of working. Beyond program execution, the role holds strategic ownership of the function: defining L&D policy and roadmap, owning the company's learning budget and maximizing its return, driving continuous improvement of the e-learning platform, and ensuring all training content is documented, governed and co-created with the business. The L&D Manager positions learning as a consistent, data-driven, and scalable function across the whole organization.…
