Location: Barcelona - Spain (3 days working from the office and 2 days working from home) The Associate Director, Global Sourcing will develop strong partnerships with functional leaders in the management of external spending supporting Medical Affairs and Marketing. Collaborating with functional leadership, develop and implement global sourcing category strategies and value generation plans. Owns sourcing strategy for Global Supplier Category base. Manages the strategic sourcing process from supplier/product evaluation through negotiating contracts, compliance considerations, and ongoing performance management. Maintains an up-to-date understanding of enterprise needs, relevant industries, and best practices for strategic sourcing.…
