Responsabilidades principales: Supervisar y coordinar las operaciones diarias del restaurante, bar, banquetes y terraza, garantizando el cumplimiento de los estándares de la marca. Garantizar un servicio atento, eficiente y profesional, superando las expectativas de los clientes. Organizar y distribuir al equipo en base a las necesidades operativas, asegurando la cobertura óptima de todos los puntos de venta. Impulsar la calidad y el rendimiento del restaurante, fomentando una cultura de mejora continua. Participar en la integración y formación del nuevo personal.
