😉  MISIÓN: Responsable tanto de la eficiencia de los empleados/as a su cargo, como de la calidad, elaboración y presentación de los alimentos que se producen en el nuevo Restaurante Sumendi, ubicado en el Hotel Meliá Bilbao. Supervisa todos los aspectos del proceso, además de aportar su iniciativa en la creatividad, composición, sazón y presentación de los platos para asegurar la satisfacción de nuestros clientes, obteniendo su reconocimiento y preferencia. Requisitos · Titulación universitaria y/o superior en Turismo; formación en Gastronomía/Culinaria y muy valorable formaciones para estar al día de las tendencias en el área. · Experiencia mínima de 3 años en un puesto similar preferiblemente en restaurantes gastronómicos · Se valorará la experiencia en implementación de nuevos…
