Asegura la rentabilidad del Área de alimentos y bebidas en el hotel, a través de la planificación y ejecución de las estrategias de producto, servicio y gestión de los equipos humanos en cocina y puntos de venta de alimentos y bebidas. ¿Qué tendrás que hacer? OPERATIONS Implementar la estrategia de F&B a través de los estándares en base a producto, calidades y dirección culinaria. Proporciona feed back al F&B Partner en cuanto a necesidades / oportunidades en el hotel. Identificar oportunidades y se las propone a su F&B CO. Ejecutar en base a indicaciones de su F&B CO. Realizar la adaptación local al país. Ejecutar en base al modelo establecido por Hotel Services.…
