JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES The successful candidate must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities: • Proven senior experience in hotel Groups, Conference & Events, event sales or a closely related commercial role in a high-volume or complex hotel environment. • Demonstrated ownership of forecasting, pricing and performance analysis, with the ability to interrogate data and explain the commercial meaning clearly. • Strong understanding of group and event profitability, displacement, demand-based pricing, contracting, deposits, cancellation and attrition principles. • Proven experience leading, coaching and developing a team, including performance management, recruitment, onboarding and succession planning.…
