En nuestro posicionamiento como compañía líder, queremos reforzar nuestro equipo con un/a IT Service Manager 💡 ¿Qué harás? Gestionar el gobierno extremo a extremo del servicio, asegurando el cumplimiento de SLA, KPI y objetivos operativos. Coordinar equipos técnicos y diferentes interlocutores, gestionando riesgos, escalados, backlog y seguimiento de incidencias. Liderar comités de servicio y elaborar reporting operativo y ejecutivo. Impulsar la mejora continua y garantizar la correcta aplicación de procesos ITSM/ITIL. 🎯Lo que buscamos en ti: 3-4 años de experiencia en gestión de servicios Tl (no proyectos) y coordinación de equipos multidisciplinares. Conocimientos sólidos de ITIL, herramientas ITSM, SLA/KPI, reporting y coordinación de servicios gestionados.…
