MISIÓN. Apoya al Responsable de Recepción para asignar tareas específicas a los miembros del equipo a medida que surjan.Analiza, investiga y resuelve las quejas de los huéspedes.Asegurarse de que todas las consultas o solicitudes de los clientes se gestionen de forma educada y eficiente en plazos adecuados.Maximiza las ventas y los ingresos hoteleros promoviendo ventas adicionales, fomentando la cultura de ventas y promocionando establecimientos, servicios, etc.Verifica que todas las operaciones y la manipulación de efectivo se realicen conforme a las políticas y procedimientos establecidos. REQUISITOS Conocimiento de las operaciones hoteleras.Habilidades para gestionar quejas y reclamaciones.Familiaridad con software de gestión hotelera.Proactividad e innovación.Inglés avanzado, si posee…
