EF- English Live Customer Service Team is looking for an enthusiastic person with a high level of German to join our European team in Barcelona's office. As a Junior Customer Success Agent - DACH market you will be responsible for providing customer support and guidance in our online English courses. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Organize and host engaging onboarding webinars to introduce new students to EF English Live’s platform, features, and learning resources. Monitor customer payment schedules and ensure timely payments. Work proactively with students to identify solutions and prevent cancellations. Act as the main point of contact for students, providing support through multiple channels, including video calls, phone, chat, and email.…
