Assist the Store Manager in the day-to-day store operations. In line with Company policies and Store Management guidelines, ensure efficient operations management for dedicated managerial tasks such as staffing issues, planning shifts / rotas and / or customer issues / complaints in order to improve customer service and enhance customer satisfaction. HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT? Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and store management guidelines.
