Your role • Coordinate the laboratory team to ensure a consistent and efficient flow supporting production. • Act as a key interface with Sales, Production, and external customers during inspections and audits. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality across manufacturing processes. • Oversee all quality-related equipment used in final testing and production, ensuring reliability and compliance. • Monitor daily manufacturing activities on the shop floor, identifying gaps and implementing corrective actions. • Ensure effective cross-functional communication, facilitating root cause analysis and timely issue resolution. • Support and participate in internal and external quality audits, ensuring adherence to standards and procedures.…
